By accessing or using Better Acquisitions' platform and services at betteracquisitions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Better Acquisitions provides a real estate investment platform connecting investors and agents with off-market and discounted MLS property listings.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be at least 18 years old.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, impersonate others, scrape data, or harass other users.

5. Property Listings and Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings. Conduct your own due diligence.

6. Offers and Transactions

We facilitate communication but are not a party to any transaction. All offers are subject to seller acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by Better Acquisitions or its licensors.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Better Acquisitions Alerts.

Programs offered:

Message frequency: up to 10 SMS messages per month per program; may vary.

Cost: standard message and data rates from the user's carrier may apply. Better Acquisitions does not charge for the SMS messages themselves.

Help: reply HELP to any SMS message, or email support@betteracquisitions.com.

Opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop all future messages. A final confirmation SMS will be sent.

Supported carriers: all major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Better Acquisitions is a technology platform and does not provide legal or financial advice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Better Acquisitions against claims arising from your use of the services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
